How long does my order take to ship?

At The All Natural Spot we are confident in our products, and alternatives for healthier, safer, and more personal skin care. As a small, family owned business in which ships all around the world, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Handmade, custom, & organic, natural products are made with patience and care.

Most orders are cured and shipped within three weeks or less. Normally, being a cold press process; custom orders (custom soap bricks) are cured and ready to use within 2-3 weeks.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. The All Natural Spot offers International Shipping, although shipping cost will vary. There will be NO additional charge or change of price of The All Natural Spot’s products, due to anyone’s location, nor place of residency. We want everyone to be able to use all of these products.

What is your return policy? 

The All Natural Spot offers a credit to, or full-refund policy. Being skincare products, soaps, rubs, etc., we do not have items returned by the customer. If there are any issue with your orders, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance. We hope you are as confident as we are in your new, natural products!
